GIMP 3.2 Release Candidate Is Now Available for Download, Here’s What’s New

It’s been two and a half months since the previous development release, and the GIMP 3.2 Release Candidate brings even more goodies, including support for importing PowerVR (PVR) texture files and support for exporting SVG images as actual vectors with the ability to embed raster layers as either PNG or JPEG.
