Highlights of GNU Wget 2.3 include support for converting CSS files with the –convert-links argument, support for iframe srcdoc and the data-src and data-srcset HTML tags, new –progress=dot argument, support for printing headers without downloading via the –spider (-S) argument, and support for Content-Length: 0 to POST, PUT, and PATCH requests per RFC 9110.
