Hyprland 0.51 Wayland Compositor Adds Fully Configurable Trackpad Gestures

Hyprland 0.51 is here to introduce several new features like support for fully configurable trackpad gestures, support for settings the scroll factor per-device, an ignoremaster option to swapwithmaster, a cursor:invisible option to allow hiding the cursor, and support for DPMS animations.
