openKylin 3.0 Review: Is This the Smartest AI Linux Desktop Yet?

openKylin 3.0 is a Linux desktop with a built-in AI agent called KylinBot, which uses its Xiao K assistant to change Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and display settings when you ask in plain language. We installed it, checked every change the agent made from the terminal, and looked at its Linux 7.0 base, UKUI 4.24 desktop, and new Rust tools to see whether it really is the smartest AI Linux desktop so far.
