I will be presenting a new course at Recife, Brazil, for
programmers and developers making nice GUI applications with this
easy to use language and toolkit [tcl/tk].
It will also cover SQL (database), based on PostgreSQL,
integrated with a visual interface.

The course will be held from September 20 thru October 1, 1999,
and the cost for each participant is a bargain R$300 (less than
US$200).
