announced that its common shares began trading in the United States
today on the OTC Bulletin Board.”

“The company believes that it is the first publicly traded
Chinese company entirely devoted to the development of the Linux
operating system.
The Bluepoint Linux Software Corp. capital
structure is represented by a total of 20 million common shares, of
which 4.5 million shares are in the float.”
