“Cyber Merchants Exchange, d.b.a. C-ME.com…a
business-to-business service provider to the retail industry today
announced that it signed an agreement licensing its LINUX-based
Internet Sourcing Network (ISN) software to C-ME.com./Taiwan.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.”

“We are pleased to enter into this agreement with
C-ME.com/Taiwan,” said Frank Yuan, chairman and CEO of C-ME.com.
We believe licensing our ISN software to foreign companies
will be a key component of our international expansion plan.

Without a doubt, the strong initial interest among potential
foreign partners is due in part to the capabilities of our
LINUX-based software applications.”

“We’ve developed our ISN software entirely in LINUX,” said James
Zheng, Chief Technology Officer of C-ME.com. “Although LINUX has
only recently gained attention and market share as a secure
operating system, our software has demonstrated stellar reliability
and stability since its implementation.”
