software and related web sites, today announced that Geoffrey
Koblick has been named President, Chief Executive Officer and a
member of the Board of Directors. Koblick, who founded IMSI in
1983, stepped down as Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the
Board in May of last year.
In addition to Koblick, Mark Boyer has also been appointed to
the Board of Directors. A principal of ROI Capital, a private
investment fund in Larkspur, California, Boyer has been close to
IMSI over the past several years as ROI Capital has held a
significant ownership interest in the company.”
