“LynuxWorks, Inc., formerly Lynx Real-Time Systems, Inc., today
announced support for TimeSys Corporation’s TimeTrace tool for the
LynxOS real-time operating system (RTOS).”

“TimeTrace for LynxOS, available from TimeSys Corporation
for the PowerPC and x86 platforms, allows visualization and
measurement of real-time applications threads within LynxOS.

LynxOS is a Linux/UNIX-compatible, POSIX-conformant real-time
operating system for embedded applications and is part of the
LynuxWorks(TM) product family.”

“LynxOS developers, designing hard real-time applications, use
real-time performance data from TimeTrace in TimeWiz, also from
TimeSys Corporation, to bring system modeling and analysis, through
the Rate-Monotonic Analysis framework. The timing analysis
capabilities of TimeWiz are particularly applicable to real-time,
safety-critical embedded systems.”
