“Merlin Software Technologies International Inc. (TM)
(OTCBB:MLSW), a leading provider of Linux and Unix based software
applications, announced today an agreement with one of Korea’s
largest software resellers, Hanmi I & C Co. Ltd.”

“Hanmi will supply Merlin’s PerfectBACKUP+(TM) Linux backup
and crash recovery software to its Korean distribution
channels.”

“Based in Seoul, Korea, top reseller Hanmi imports a variety of
software applications for the Windows, Windows NT, Mac and Linux
market. Hanmi translates these software programs into Korean,
providing U.S. software companies the opportunity to quickly break
into the Korean marketplace. “We think Merlin’s PerfectBACKUP+
backup and crash recovery software has a big potential in Korean
Linux server market,” said Brian Kang, Hanmi.”
