acquisition and consolidation of the rights to a number of Linux
and Unix based software applications and utilities.”

“The acquisition included the acclaimed backup utility
PerfectBACKUP, and HotWire Fax, a desktop fax client and server
application. The acquisition also included the rights to an
Internet Business Directory service, ISP account management
software and FleetPro II Freight Management software. The
acquisitions were in exchange for 4 million shares of Merlin
Software Technologies Inc.”
