we would have been enjoying, if not for Microsoft’s bad

Operating system may be
irrelevant

The truth is, over the last several years, the industry has
changed. Companies have learned how to stay out of Microsoft’s way.
And, more importantly, without judicial interference,
Microsoft’s crown jewel — its operating system that runs on
approximately 90 percent of PCs worldwide — has declined in
importance.”
