CCN: Corel Strikes Deal with Aiptek Technologies

“Corel Corporation (NASDAQ: CORL, TSE: COR) today announced a
worldwide bundling agreement with Aiptek InternationalInc.
Aiptek, a leading manufacturer of advanced Internet
peripheral technologies, will bundle Art Dabbler OEM version
with its HyperPen line of graphics tablets.”

“We are thrilled to be working with Aiptek,” said Jon Riis,
director of North American OEM sales at Corel Corporation. “The
combination of Corel’s software and Aiptek’s hardware will allow
consumers to quickly and easily take full advantage of the
HyperPen’s cutting edge features.”

“Art Dabbler is a natural drawing, painting and animation
program for both aspiring and accomplished artists of all ages. Art
Dabbler’s highly intuitive interface uses familiar devices like
drawers, sketch pads and tracing paper. The Aiptek HyperPen is a
pen-like device artists use to create digital images on their
PC.”
