“Senternet Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that its
subsidiary, Linux Corp. (“Linux”) delivered a securities exchange
take-over bid circular to the registered shareholders of the common
shares of NetLinux Corp. (“NetLinux”). Linux intends to acquire
at least 20% of the issued common shares of NetLinux on the basis
of one Linux common share for each common share held of
NetLinux.

“NetLinux is a start-up software development company in the
rapidlyexpanding Linux-based PC field.”
