“Allix, a Korean firm specializing in Linux Software, announced
Sunday that it will provide a beta version of its Allix 6.2
software for free beginning from 9 a.m. Monday through its
homepage… The industry upstart will beat out software giant
Microsoft’s local introduction of its latest Windows program by one
day,
as it plans to market a Korean edition of Windows 2000
beginning Tuesday… The program was designed for easy use, even by
beginners, and is compatible with all PCs, according to Allix.”
