course, the site is up and running on the Internet with the best
web host and the nicest navigation and engaging graphics’ you
respond. ‘Are you sure?’ I ask. While all of those items you
mentioned are important to the average user, there are some you may
have forgotten to address. For those with disabilities in vision
and sound, your site may not be viewable at all–unless you have
designed it and tested to be sure. The W3C has a working group
called the Web Accessibility Group to help make this a
