“The Borland division of Inprise Corp. Tuesday released an
update of its JBuilder visual development tool for Java with
support for Linux and Sun Solaris, giving developers two new
platforms on which to develop applications.”

“JBuilder 3.5 is intended to give developers building Internet
and enterprise applications shorter development cycles, Inprise
said. JBuilder’s latest update includes integration with and a free
development license for the Inprise Application Service, which
supports Java 2 technology standards for e-business application
development.”
