Icepack is a relatively new Linux distribtion evil3d.net has put
through its paces in a brief review. Points given for a good
installation and an up-to-date selection of packages, points taken
for sub-par hardware detection and poor package management.

One of the big questions is? What will come with the ice package
management system? Will it be as good as or better than Slackware
or RedHat packages? In fact, why make another package system when
there are plenty out there already? Hopefully the future will bring
good things to Icepack and its team of developers.

The site also has a HOWTO
for setting up NVIDIA cards
under Icepack.
