“THE world’s biggest maker of multimedia hardware has
telegraphed its intentions to officially support the open source
operating system, Linux.”

discussion forum, Creative Labs called for job applications from
developers interested in heading up an open source team within the
company. It is possibly the first time a peripheral vendor has
embarked on such a widespread native adoption of open source
development.”
