Mr. Poet writes:

“It has been a long rode of programming, hacking, and learning
of a new language (SGML). This release is the final beta of the new
layout, there are still a few errors however we have gotten the
list down quite a bit.

“This is also the clean slate release… Initially, their were
over 600 entries in the Consultants-HOWTO… There is now only 359.
Each consultant from the old list was notified 5 times. If they
didn’t respond they were deleted.

“We now have a release schedule. Since the Howto is databased,
indexed, and searchable all Consultants who submit themselves will
be available immediately on the website. They will then be
available in the printed version at the normal release. The normal
release is every 30 days.

“We are also now offering a advertising capability for the
Consultants of the HOWTO. The revenue is to help offset the costs
of running Linuxports and Maintaining the Consultants Howto. There
is a two tiered pricing schedule that is an unlimited impression.
We are not interested in the continuation charges that other
website charge. This is purely to help us continue our efforts. If
you would like more information on this please contact poet.

“Consultants can submit themselves here.

“Consultants can reach me here.
