GNOME Software App Adds Ardour to the Featured List

GNOME Software 3.11.4 adds Ardour to the featured apps list, adds an –enable-dogtail configure option, adds a dependency to gsettings-desktop-schemas, introduces a test for actions, as well as some WIP UI tests.
