The Linux 4.2 kernel that’s currently under development ships many new features, but as I’ve been writing about for a while and tweeting, the 4.2 Git code hasn’t been booting on many systems in my test lab for over one week. Various Phoronix readers have also been able to reproduce these different kernel panics that happen almost immediately into the boot process.
