ah-yup. The bottom line of the story exposes what should be a
well-known fact that most companies only pay lip service to the
idea of software disign and have yet to really get into software
patterns and information architecture and that most of the
[pointy-haired] managers don’t understand the underlying issues. No
wonder software budgets are out of control. “
