“The merry month of March is just a few weeks away and foremost
in the minds of those in the free and open source software
community is the question of licences.

“The General Public Licence has been overhauled by the Free
Software Foundation. Version 3 is supposed to be released in March.
And all the software written by the GNU Foundation, the FSF’s
sister organisation, will move over to the new licence, which we’ll
call GPLv3 from now on…”
