“The Java-GNOME development team is proud to announce
release 0.5 of Java-GNOME. Java-GNOME is a set of Java bindings for
GNOME and GTK that is implemented via a JNI layer that access the
underlying libraries.”
After being dormant for about a year, this release signifies the
resurrection of the project. The new release includes numerous
additions, enhancements, and bug fixes. This is also a tutorial, a
FAQ, a document describing the code generation process, and better
examples.
