Visual Age for Java version 3 is out, apparantly ahead of the
release for other platforms (OS/2, Windows, AS/400). See the

I used version 1 on OS/2 and enjoyed it very much. Visual Age
supports some pretty heavy enterprise functions like EJB, running
and testing servlets from within the IDE, and database
connectivity. This should bode very well for increased use of
Linux as a development environment for Java shops.
