“Jurors in the trial of Oakland computer engineer Hans Reiser on
charges that he killed his estranged wife Nina went home at 3 p.m.
Thursday without reaching a verdict and will resume their
deliberations at 10 a.m. on Monday.

“Jurors began their deliberations shortly before 3 p.m. on
Tuesday, adding up to of two full days of talk.

“The jury has requested various items of evidence but hasn’t
asked for any testimony to be read back so far…”
