Korea Herald: First Korean-language Linux office software developed

“A venture firm has developed the first Korean-language office
software to run on the Linux operating system.”

Haansoft Linux, its developer, said the new package will
boost the commercial use of the open-source OS, which competes with
Microsoft’s market-dominating Windows.

“The subsidiary of Haansoft, Korea’s leading software and
Internet business firm, yesterday unveiled the “Haansoft Office 1.0
for Linux”, consisting of a word processor, spreadsheet,
presentation package and other software for general office
use.”
