“I had a long meeting with Tim Bird of Sony at Embedded Linux
Conference last week. While I think Tim will probably continue to
give his personal support the ToyBox project (note: Sony has *not*
given its support to ToyBox — that was reported incorrectly), it
was clear that much of Tim’s worries about Conservancy’s
enforcement efforts were based on rumors spread by a few people and
