Linux 4.2 May Finish Fixing Up Radeon Audio Support

Alex Deucher sent in a pull request today for landing more Radeon and AMDGPU driver fixes for the current Linux 4.2 cycle. He commented, “The audio fix ended up being more invasive than I would have liked, but this should finally fix up the last of the regressions since DP audio support was added.”
