“Linux Awareness in Ireland Day(LAID) will be held in University
College Cork, Cork City Ireland on the 6th of November. It’s
expected to be attended by business people and techies alike and
will have talks on the business aspects of Linux as well as the
more technical side of the system.

Alan Cox will be present with Tesla and he’ll talk about the
upcoming 2.4 Kernel.

Hopefully we’ll have tshirts to sell, a sample design is
availble at http://cork.linux.ie/pics/laid-logo.gif.

Admission is free and all are welcome!

More details are available at http://cork.linux.ie/events/laid/.”
