Benjamin Cox…is the Executive Director of LinuxFund.org,
a project to raise money for Free Software development, starting
with a Tux-branded credit card.

“Linux.com: How did the idea come about for a credit card with
Tux on it?”

“Benjamin Cox: I have to say that it was not my idea — I wish
it were — but the credit goes to Mike [McLagan] at Linux.org. He
called me up and told me that this was a great idea. I started to
run with it. That was back around the first of the year.”
