“VA Linux Systems, one of the leading providers of
Linux computer systems, support and Internet services, has
announced its new “one-stop” service and support package for
business users.

“This package makes VA Linux Systems the only Linux systems
company that provides full sales, service and support for its
systems. While other Linux companies have made major strategic
arrangements to provide support for the systems they sell, VA Linux
Systems is the first and only “one-stop” Linux shop.”

“The new service and support arrangement, which comes in the
form of a comprehensive one-year Linux software and hardware plan,
offers support for installation, VA-provided OS, system
administration and configuration. Telephone and e-mail customer
service will be available during business hours as well. The
package also includes hardware service for one year, with free
shipping and handling, and “an unprecedented two-day turnaround”
for system repairs.”
