Linux kernel 2.0.37pre12 released

Further development on the 2.0 series.

I finally (I hope) nailed the threading crash some people saw - it was
flock(). Also backed out the problematic mmap entry.

You need binutils 2.8 or 2.9 to build this kernel tree. 2.7 is not good
enough
