It looks to us that Linux kernel 3.14.45 LTS is a normal maintenance release that mostly updates drivers, especially for things like ATA, DRM (Intel i915), iiO, input, networking, Staging, TTY, and USB. It also fixes issues with the x86 and MIPS hardware architectures, as well as with the Btrfs file system, and addresses multiple networking (mostly IPv4 and IPv6 related) and sound problems.
