Formerly the Net3 and Net3-4 Howto, we have found that many
people are not getting to the wealth of information in this
document because of the name. Therefore we are proud to announce
the immediate availability of the Linux Networking-HOWTO
.

The Linux Networking Howto is a comprehensive document covering
most major aspects of IP related networking for Linux. We also
cover the basics of Appletalk, IPX and CIFS (Samba).

The current release offers extended DHCP information for the
client and server, minor fixes and removal of the Acknowledgements
and Linux for the ISP categories.

We have also added the capability for a user to either:

  • Make a request for information
  • Make a contribution to the Linux Networking Howto

via the Auto
Add
page.

You can get your copy of the Howto here.
