becoming a brand leader in providing applications and support for
the emerging Linux community and Open Source Software movement.
Secondly, we introduced a new web site, ‘SmartBeak.com’, which is
designed to bring together the support and collaboration needs of
the Linux community and Open Source Software developers and users.
In addition, we combined our customer relationship management and
business intelligence product lines to provide an integrated,
web-based, customer-centric CRM and Analytics solution. And today,
we have strengthened our efforts in strategic partnerships and
alliances through the hiring of a senior level executive, Suzanne
Hoffman. Suzanne will focus on rapidly expanding this channel of
marketing and sales, particularly in North America.'”
