alliance to jointly develop and co-market integrated, managed
solutions that will help global companies and high-growth dot-coms
address the complex networking and application management needs of
e-business.”

“The alliance builds on the two companies’ broad, complementary
strengths, from e-services to Internet-critical hardware and
software, to networking solutions. As a result, customers will
benefit from comprehensive, customized application solutions
delivered and managed with the highest levels of reliability,
performance and scalability.”

“OpenMail is HP’s proven, reliable, enterprise-class e-mail
messaging and collaboration solution for the UNIX and Linux
operating environments.
It offers broad connectivity,
reliability and low total cost of ownership. HP and AT&T will
co-market the service. AT&T Solutions will implement it and
provide single-point accountability and 24 x 7 support to meet
availability and transaction-service-level agreements.”
