design and engineering tools, today announced that Jeff Jones has
joined the company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Jones, 40, joins the CollabWare executive management team with over
18 years of management experience. Prior to joining CollabWare,
Jones was a General Manager for Owens-Illinois and had P&L
responsibility for the company.”

“One of Jones’ primary goals at CollabWare will be to
support corporate development goals by evaluating and recommending
financial strategies for acquisitions.
CollabWare intends to
maintain its leadership as a distributor of web-based engineering
products and services partially by acquiring 3rd party tools and
integrating them into the company’s prodeveloper.net web
portal.”

“From 1995 to 1997, Jeff lead an M&A team that completed
four acquisitions for Owens-Brockway Rx Products. He was also
responsible for the business development, strategic planning and
budgeting functions of the $100M division which was located in
Toledo, Ohio.”
