Partnership benefits Corel users who are building
compelling, high-impact Web sites.

“Macromedia and Corel today announced they have entered into a
licensing agreement that will bring Macromedia Flash(tm) technology
to Corel® LINUX® and CorelDRAW® 9. Macromedia Flash is
a solution for high-impact, vector-based Web sites that deliver
motion, sound, interactivity and graphics.”

“Corel LINUX will become the first Linux® OS to include the
Flash Player as a standard component. With the inclusion of the
Flash Player in Corel’s Linux Distribution, users will
automatically be able to view Flash content on the Web without
having to download a player.”
