“Two firms will collaborate to serve growing Linux
community.”

“Linux Journal and Cosource.com are proud to announce their new
effort to provide Linux users with direct access from Linux
Journal’s web site to Cosource.com’s facilities for collaborative
funding of software development. Cosource.com is currently
conducting a live beta test of their service. As new requests for
Linux software are posted, Linux Journal mirrors these titles for
the broader Linux community on their main home page at
http://www.linuxjournal.com/. This gives Linux users greater access
to developers who write Open Source software, while providing a
Linux-focused venue for learning about Cosource.com requests.”

“Cosource.com is a cooperative market that enables buyers and
developers of Open Source products to meet to create new packages
and solutions.”
