“Magic Software Enterprises (Nasdaq: MGIC), a leading provider
of enterprise-level e-commerce, customer relationship management
and other business solutions, announced today that it will report
first quarter 2000 earnings on Wednesday, May 3, 2000. The Company
will hold an earnings conference call on Thursday, May 4, 2000,
at 11:00 a.m. EST (8:00 a.m. PST) to discuss the financial
results.”

“Investors also will have the opportunity to listen to the
conference call over the Internet through Vcall, a service of the
Investor Broadcast Network, at http://www.vcall.com. To listen to the
“live” call, investors should go to the website at least fifteen
minutes early to register, download and install any necessary audio
software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a
replay of the conference call will be available for up to 90 days
on the Vcall website.”

“In addition, a transcript of the call will be available on the
Magic website (http://www.magic-sw.com/investors)
approximately 48 hours following the end of the call.”
