MSC.Software…the world’s leading developer of simulation
software, today announced the creation the MSC.Linux division
supporting Linux products and services.

“MSC.Linux will leverage the company’s strengths in software
technology development, professional services and hardware and
software partnerships. The division will initially provide MSC’s
global customer base with cost effective Linux-based applications
and infrastructure. Dataquest estimates Linux servers will account
for approximately 24 percent of worldwide server appliance revenue,
or $3.8 billion annually, by 2003.”
