Partnership with WebTrends Allows Rackspace Customers To
Measure Site Success.

“Rackspace Managed Hosting, a leading provider of managed
Internet hosting services, today announced a partnership with
WebTrends Corporation (NASDAQ: WEBT), the leading provider of
Visitor Relationship ManagementTM and eBusiness Intelligence. The
partnership will provide Rackspace customers with analysis of the
behavior patterns and preferences of visitors to their Web site.
Through WebTrends, IT managers can use that insight to optimize and
improve the Web visitor and customer experience.”

“The WebTrends Enterprise Reporting Server provides detailed
e-business intelligence of Web server traffic to produce real-time
reports on the click stream that visitors follow through a Web
site. The product also allows e-businesses to track the number of
visitors to their site, the percentage of unique and repeat
visitors and the average length of time visitors spend on the site.
Additionally, businesses can track the country, the service
provider and referring sites from which visitors entered.
E-businesses can then use this information to analyze the success
of marketing campaigns, banner ads, site navigation and design and
new product launches.”
