“theKompany.com is pleased to announce the availability of Kivio
1.0 and 11 commercial stencils sets. Kivio is a professional
flowcharting and diagramming tool in the spirit of Visio for KDE
and is part of Koffice.”

“This new version has finalized the internal stencil structure
allowing for new `smart’ stencils to be built in the near future
that will make use of Python for their intelligence. The current
set of stencils are `standard’ and cover a wide range of
functionality.”

“Kivio comes with a Basic shapes stencil as part of the
application, both of which are freely available as part of Koffice.
Older versions of Kivio won’t be able to read the new stencil file
format due to necessary changes in the format to support the
`smart’ stencils. You can get Kivio from the Koffice CVS.These
stencils are priced between $5 and $10 each.”
