“Alpha Processor, Inc., (API) a leading independent developer of
Alpha-based solutions, has launched its strategic partner program
to bring high-performance Alpha applications to enterprise
customers worldwide. Whilst offering significant benefits to
hardware and software vendors, the API Partner Program also
confirms the viability of Alpha…”

To rapidly expand the number of applications for Alpha, the
program is focused on low to mid range server and performance
workstations running Alpha Linux.
These solutions for Alpha
include high availability clustering for Webservers, database
solutions, software development tools, high performance technical
computing, digital content creation, office solutions and several
supporting Linux operating system distributions.”

“API has established strategic alliances in the U.S. with
several leading Linux solution providers and it is our goal to
expand that success in Europe,” said Miles Chesney, Director of
European Business for API. “These relationships are critical to the
growth and expansion of Alpha Linux into high growth markets. The
European market is embracing this technology and we expect, working
with our partners, to see this growth continue.”
