“Franklin Telecom (AMEX: FCM) has filed its 10K with the SEC for
the year ended June 30, 1999. Net sales increased by $9,254,000 or
672% from $1,377,000 in the year ended June 30, 1998 to $10,631,000
in the year ended June 30, 1999.”

“Franklin manufactures a full line of hardware and software
which enables Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) applications,
including a family of Data Voice Gateways (DVG’s) which range from
2 to 96 ports.

Franklin Chairman and CEO Frank Peters stated, ‘The market for
VoIP is coming of age. Our hardware sales reflect this. … We have
two especially exciting products headed for market before the end
of the calendar year: the Breeze offers a 2 port Gateway with a
built-in router which brings IP connectivity to your desktop in a
sleek little unit smaller than a typical modem box. The Carrier
Class Typhoon at the other end of our product spectrum, packs 96
ports into a 3 inch chassis. … Like all of our Data Voice
Gateways
, the Typhoon is Linux based.’ “
