Matrox has released full specs for the G200 graphics chip. The
specs are available to registered developers only, but you can

register
at their web site. The specs themselves are
online
as well. They’re password protected, so if you want
them, register as a developer. This includes the specs for the 3D
part of the chip as well, unlike the recent Banshee spec release
from 3dfx. Matrox actually released the specs about a week ago, but
it seems to have gone pretty much unnoticed.
