Portland is a Free Desktop project started by the Open Source
Development Labs’ Desktop Linux working group. OSDL convened a
panel discussion on the project and its importance this week at
LinuxWorld…“The first question addressed the differences between corporate
and consumer desktop systems in regards to application support,
systems management, and adoption strategy…”
