problems with the GNU Compiler Collection 4.1 release and code in
the Debian archives. Michlmayr’s research has had some interesting
results, and provides a wealth of information about the quality of
GCC 4.1 and MIPS code in the Debian archives.

University of Cambridge as part of his research into quality
